Wouldn’t it be great if we could have the abs and butt we want without having to do any exercise? But, yeah…, no pain, no gain… just looking at those exercise videos won’t get you the abs and butt you want (speaking out of experience whilst looking at my expanding waist line… (how the hell did that happen?!?… but that’s a topic for another time… )). So here’s an exercise that targets the lower abs and butt.
And remember no pain, no gain!
