Thinking of getting inked? But is your first thought of hearing the word tattoo ‘ouch’? Keep in mind that not all tattoos are created equal. There is a world of difference between the places you can get tattooed, as some parts of your body are less painful than others.
Take your shoulder blades, calves and (outer) arms for example. Those are some of the less painful areas whereas your knees and inner thighs let you ‘cringe’ in pain. Just take a look at the below tattoo pain chart showing the most painful places to get a tattoo.
Of course, everybody’s pain scale is different and what might be cringeworthy painful for one, might not be for someone else. But a walk in the park it won’t be, but at least now you can check which parts of your body are less painful. And remember no pain, no gain…
