1. Artzuid

The most impressive, popular and international sculpture route, Artzuid is back this year. Take a stroll along the Apollolaan and the Minervalaan and marvel at the sculptures. The aim is to bring the art pieces to life. This year it will connect to the theme from Mondriaan to Dutch Design.

3. Open Gardens Day

Behind the canal houses shelter the most beautiful gardens. During Open Gardens you can visit the gardens of private owners and public institutions which otherwise would not be open to the public. 4. Flying Dutch

The music scene knows a lot of Dutch DJ’s. The Flying Dutch festival compels three stages in three different cities. You can see the world’s biggest Dutch DJs on each stage. Helicopters will fly them to Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Amsterdam. Welcome Afrojack, Hardwell, Don Diablo, Nicky Romero and many more on stage.

5. Obsession with Jude Law

Finally! After London the play Obsession is heading to Amsterdam. The Stadsschouwburg wasn’t large enough so they had to move it to Royal Theatre Carré. Not only is Obsession coming to Amsterdam, but also Jude Law! He is going to tell us the story about an attractive vagabond and an unhappily married woman, performed by Halina Reijn.

6. Architecture Day

Discover the Amsterdam architecture in a unique way. In recent years Amsterdam gained some architecture feats. Buildings that are normally closed for public, will open their doors on Architecture Day so we can all have a look around. 7. Mystic Garden Festival

The name of the Mystic Garden Festival hints to a mysterious location where fairytales come to life. Submerge into a magical music performance and fairytale-like theatre acts. For now the line-up is Alex Niggemann, Anil Aras, Christian Wünsch, Cuartero, Dispar Vulgo and Edu Imbernon.
